Obviously, we've each dealt with many realtors both on the buying and selling side. This time since this was an estate sale and we had some time to prepare for the sale, we also had the time to pick and find the perfect, right realtor for us. After meeting several very lackluster, and critical realtors that simply wanted to get it closed, we met Charlene Thomas who saw the house, its charm and got to know us. She took all the extra steps including staging our home which looked amazing. Charlene did a very in-depth market analysis to help us determine a selling price which was reasonable and fair. She marketed our house well and showed it only twice and we were able to get an offer on our home in just about 10 days. She was very responsive to any questions (many texts back and forth) or concerns that we had and was always wonderful to deal with. In sum, I have to say that Charlene is by far the BEST realtor we've ever worked with, her professionalism, personality, attention to detail, responsiveness and her ability to close the deal was Outstanding!!! She was so helpful in assisting my father with the sale of his first home.
